This recipe has been a family favorite for as long as I can remember. I have no idea where the recipe originated from to give it proper credit.
Cornflake Candy Treats
2 cups corn syrup
1 cup sugar
3 cups peanut butter
4 cups cornflakes
Boil corn syrup, sugar until sugar has dissolved remove from head add peanut butter and mix until creamy.
Mix in cornflakes then press into a 13 x 9 inch pan.
Helpful tip - use a pieces of wax paper placed over the top of cornflake mixture to press into pan.
